 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Effective Date: August 1, 2026

    At SaberMen LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with
  your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please
  review our return and refund policy below.

    1. RETURN WINDOW
    You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

    2. RETURN CONDITIONS
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    - Unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging
    - In the same condition as when you received it
    - Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

    We do NOT accept returns for:
    - Items that have been opened, assembled, or used
    - Items with signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or
  missing parts
    - Gift cards or promotional/free items (e.g., mystery sabers
  from BOGO offers)

    3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
    To start a return, please contact us at taylor@sabermen.com
  with your order number and reason for return. Our team will
  provide you with return instructions and a return shipping
  address within 1-2 business days.

    4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
    - Defective or incorrect items: SaberMen LLC will cover the
  return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
    - All other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): The
  customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend
  using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives
  safely.

    5. REFUND PROCESSING
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
  original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note
  that your bank or credit card company may take additional time
  to post the refund to your account.

    6. EXCHANGES
    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would
  like a different product, please return the original item for a
  refund and place a new order.

    7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us
  at taylor@sabermen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
  at no additional cost to you.
