    Welcome to SaberMen LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or
  using our website at sabermen.com (the "Site") and purchasing
  our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
  ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

    1. GENERAL TERMS
    By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years
  of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We
  reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at
  any time.

    2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
    All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are
  as accurate as possible but are subject to change without prior
  notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any
  product at any time. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise
  noted. Currency conversion is handled automatically at checkout
  based on your region.

    3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
    By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and
  complete information. We reserve the right to cancel any order
  if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of
  these Terms. All payments are processed securely through Shopify
  Payments and/or third-party payment gateways (PayPal,
  credit/debit cards, etc.).

    4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and shipping rates
  are outlined in our Shipping Policy. SaberMen LLC is not
  responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier
  issues, or other factors beyond our control.

    5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
    Our return and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.
  By purchasing from us, you agree to the conditions stated
  therein, including the 7-day return window and the requirement
  that items must be unopened and unused.

    6. WARRANTY
    SaberMen LLC provides an 18-month limited warranty on all
  lightsaber products against manufacturing defects. This warranty
  does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal
  wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact
  taylor@sabermen.com with your order number and photos of the
  issue.

    7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on the Site — including text, images, logos,
  graphics, and code — is the property of SaberMen LLC and is
  protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not
  reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior
  written consent.

    8. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
    Our lightsabers are designed for recreational use, cosplay,
  and light dueling. SaberMen LLC is not liable for injuries,
  damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of our products. By
  purchasing, you assume full responsibility for the safe use of
  your lightsaber.

    9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaberMen LLC shall not
  be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
  consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our
  products.

    10. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
  with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without
  regard to conflict of law principles.

    11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any
  time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the
  Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes
  constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
